A’ja began her career in the entertainment industry with TV Guide and Lions Gate but soon discovered her true passion in the legal field. She joined a leading Los Angeles litigation firm, where she found her calling in family law, civil rights, personal injury, and criminal defense. A’ja has always been a compassionate advocate, particularly for fathers' rights, and has had the privilege of representing several high-profile clients, including the Estate of Michael Jackson, Keyshawn Johnson, DMX, Keyshia Cole, Freddie Gibbs, Faith Evans, and Christopher Wallace Jr. (the late Notorious B.I.G.'s son).

Throughout her career, A’ja has achieved remarkable successes, including a $1 million wrongful termination verdict, multiple six-figure settlements, a not-guilty verdict in a murder trial, and successfully handling numerous domestic violence restraining orders and custody changes. Her dedication to her clients' well-being has been recognized by platforms such as TMZ, where she has been quoted for her expert insights.

A’ja is married with three wonderful sons. Her husband coaches NBA/WNBA and youth players, and together they embrace the joys and challenges of being a sports family. A’ja loves attending sports events, traveling, and staying connected to her favorite teams—the Ravens, Lakers, and Dodgers. Her unwavering commitment to justice and her clients, combined with her passion for sports and family, beautifully defines her both professionally and personally.
