The first in her family to become a lawyer, Xinia L. Guerra knows what it means to fight for something. And as a mother of two, she very familiar with the trials and tribulations that families face. The emotional toll that marital disputes take on the family is difficult to quantify and often can have long-lasting effects on the children. She fights hard, and is relentless in court, to ensure the best outcome for her clients.

Xinia has honed her craft, absorbing everything she could regarding a wide variety of Family Law cases including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence. She is devastated to see struggling families and has a passion for helping those in need. Xinia will also ensure clients understand exactly what’s going on, every step of the way.

She was involved in a variety of activities and associations while at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She also received her bachelor’s degree in political science with emphasis on law and society, showing she is well-versed in many of the issues her clients are going through these days.

Not one to sit still and be complacent, Xinia loves to travel the world. She’s visited 13 countries to date and is always up for a new adventure. She is an avid basketball fan and rarely misses a game of her favorite team – the Lakers! Fluent in both English and Spanish, Xinia believes that can provide legal support for a much broader audience and has been called the shining light for her clients during even the most difficult of times.
